131115 A Mish-Mash of Usefull XDA Developers Links

OK, so I'm still working on navigating the plethora of posts on how to turn the Kindle Fire HD 7" into a full fledged android tablet. Surprisingly I've already gotten a number of hits on this blog. Surprising to me because the really good stuff is on my other blog. Nonetheless it's time to add a little more useful information so I'm adding a few links that I've found. Bare in mind that they're not yet organized into a step-by- step but are just a collection of links on "how to" in no peculiar order.

1)Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD, 8.9" Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 2 > 7" Kindle Fire HD Android Development > [REF]All Things About Kindle Fire HD 7"

1) haven't tried this stuff yet but it looks like everything in one place??

2)Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD, 8.9" Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 2 > 7" Kindle Fire HD General > [ROOT] [How To] Root Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD Version 7.4.6

2) worked for me

3)Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD, 8.9" Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 2 > 7" Kindle Fire HD General [HOW TO] Disable Amazon 3)OTA (Over The Air) System Updates Noob (Simple) Version

3)method I used (preferred) requires Kindle Fire First Aide[4)}

4)Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD, 8.9" Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 2 > 7" Kindle Fire HD General > [BACKUP][RECOVERY] Kindle Fire HD and 2 First Aide Software - Noob (Simple) Version

4) needed to complete 3)

5> Amazon 7" Kindle Fire HD, 8.9" Kindle Fire HD, Kindle Fire 2 > 7" Kindle Fire HD General > [ROOT][HOW TO] Install Google Play Store Noob (Simple) Version

CAVEAT (The mistakes I've made so far):
1)keep ADB setting enabled
2)keep wireless setting disabled until you've completed disabling OTA
